We use Australia Post express post for deliveries within Australia. 
Unfortunately, at the moment we only ship within Australia.

Delivery process and times

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. While all effort is made to ensure that goods purchased from our website will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your order, we cannot guarantee processing times.

Once processed, we aim to get your order delivered to you within 1 – 2 working days for deliveries in the Express Post network.  For deliveries outside of the Express Post network we aim to get your order delivered to you promptly.  In the unlikely event of extended delays, we will endeavour to inform you.

Where an order contains two or more products we cannot guarantee that they will be dispatched and delivered to you together.

Further, you agree that we are not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or delay in delivery.

Shipping charges 

Free Express Shipping on orders A$150.00 and over | Orders under A$150.00 – $10 Express Shipping fee

By placing an order with +miel, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom and duty import fees (if applicable) and the cost of return shipping.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Shipping charges for delivery within Australia are automatically calculated during the checkout process.  Any queries relating to express shipping within Australia can be directed to us at 

Please note that we cannot guarantee any amendments or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Further, if you require your order to be redirected to an address other than your original order address, we may charge you a reasonable fee for doing this.

Australia Post 

On delivery, if no one is available to receive the order Australia Post has ATL – “Authority To Leave” the order on the property.
Once delivery has been made the responsibility of the parcel rests with you. +miel does not cover the cost of lost or stolen parcels once delivered.  If you wish to remove the ATL please contact us before processing your order:

Tracking your order 

On dispatch of your order, you will receive an email notification containing your order confirmation and shipping tracking details.  You can track the status of your delivery on the Australia Post website:

By placing an order for goods you agree that your details, such as name, contact numbers, delivery address, will be passed on to Australia Post.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide, including your name, delivery address, contact numbers, email address and orders are correct, so please check any details carefully before submitting an order to us.

You acknowledge and agree that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of you providing incorrect information to us including your name, delivery address, contact phone numbers or email addresses.
